Elizabeth is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has worked as both a pastry chef and private chef in Boston and Cape Cod. Elizabeth started cutting grains and gluten out of her diet 5 years ago and was astounded by the health benefits and weight loss. Elizabeth purchased WLBC in the spring of 2012. She has grown the business from a small home based business to a commercial kitchen and retail bakery, adding on wholesale accounts, and online shipping.
