Our "minis" are 4" in diameter and are a large portion for one person.

Ingredients for NY style cheesecake, no topping:
Cream cheese, organic evaporated cane juice, heavy cream, eggs, lemon juice, sea salt. Almond flour, sea salt, organic honey, coconut oil.

Blueberry topping add: Blueberries, organic evaporated cane juice, arrowroot, lemon juice, sea salt

Chocolate topping add: Enjoy life chocolate

Turtle add: Enjoy life chocolate, pecans, coconut milk

Ingredients for Vegan Pumpkin cheesecake: Cashews, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut milk, coconut palm sugar, almond flour, coconut oil, lemon juice, baking soda, sea salt. Caramel topping: Organic evaporated cane juice, coconut milk, sea salt.
