Shipping & Return Policies

Placing orders online using our shopping cart is the most efficient and secure way to purchase White Lion Baking Company products. Please do not send your orders and credit card information via email as it is not a secure transaction method.


Please email us at if you have any questions regarding an order. We will normally respond to you within one business day, Tuesday through Sunday. White Lion Baking Company is closed on Mondays and holidays.


All prices and shipping fees are quoted in $US and are subject to change or correction without prior notice. Payments must be made in $US. We accept payment through VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.


We ship our products anywhere in the United States through UPS. Unfortunately, there are some factors we cannot control, such as the conditions in which our products are stored once they leave our bakery and delays caused by unforeseen factors or inclement weather. We will ship your order on the next baking day to ensure maximum freshness. Large orders and corporate gifts may take two to four additional days to fulfill.


We are not able to send to P.O. Boxes. Orders are normally processed, packed and shipped from our bakery within 2 working days of the order payment or credit card verification. We do not process orders over the weekend or holidays. Please expect an extra 1 to 2 day delay around a sales/special offer period.

For each order we will need:

  • All shipments require a physical address (No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses)
  • A valid email address of purchaser
  • A phone number for the recipient

If an incorrect address is provided, White Lion Baking Company will not be responsible for delivery delays or corrective shipping charges. It is very important that the correct address and telephone number is provided at time of ordering.


Once your order is shipped an Order Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. For UPS orders, a Tracking Number will be included on the Order Shipment Confirmation. You can track the shipping status of your order by visiting and entering your tracking information.


Rarely do we run out of items as we bake small batches on a frequent basis to insure the freshest products are delivered to you. We will advise you if your order will be delayed for any reason.


We pack our products with care and hope you receive them in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund. Please contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery. In some cases, we will require evidence of shipping damage.


If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have received, please email us within 24 hours at Please return any unused and undamaged goods within seven days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us safely and at your expense.
