This is one whole quiche, with 8 slices. This is best refrigerated, but can be frozen and pulled out as needed!

Crust Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut oil, baking soda and sea salt

Filling: Eggs, heavy cream, sea salt plus whatever is in the title of the quiche.
