Quiche (it's keto!)

Our quiche is treated like a custard, so it's perfectly soft, moist and delicious every time. It comes either vegetarian or with meat. Each quiche is 8 slices.

While normally we love ovens, we recommend heating this for 1 minute in the microwave, per slice. Are you heating all 8 slices? Heat for 7–8 minutes in the microwave. Recent studies have found, most people are overcooking in the oven :)
